Joe Preston, (Owner) started Preston & Son Inc. in 2004.  He grew up locally in King George and now resides in Montross with his wife and son.

Chris Rollins, (Joe’s younger brother) grew up in King George and currently lives there with his wife and daughter.  Chris is a professional firefighter for Spotsylvania County and works part time for Preston & Son Homes.

James Fox, lived in Front Royal, VA for a while, but moved to Montross with his family and began working as a full time employee for Preston & Son Inc in February of 2007.

Chip Blakley was raised in King George and is also a professional firefighter for Spotsylvania County and part time employee of Preston & Son Homes.
